Acceptance
When you register with our website and make a purchase from this website, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by our terms and conditions (your statutory rights are not affected). Please read them carefully and print a copy for your records. We may at anytime revise these terms and conditions without notice. It is up to you to ensure you regularly review and reprint them for your records as necessary.
Our Contract (Order)
The information we seek from you when placing an order is for billing and delivery purposes or for contacting you if we have a query. When placing an order to purchase goods from Total-equestrian.co.uk you will be sent an email confirming receipt of the order and the order details. A contract between you and Total-equestrian.co.uk will only take place once the order has been accepted, processed and items despatched, at which point your credit/debit card will be charged.
Making A Purchase
Five easy steps is all it takes:
1. Clicking on a category of your choice. Then browse through our shop until you find any items you wish to buy. You can also search for a specific product by clicking on the search button above.
2. Once you find a product you wish to purchase simply click the buy button after making any appropriate selections such as size and colour.
3. You will be prompted to confirm your order and specify the quantity required.
4. At this point you can either proceed to the checkout and pay for your chosen product or you can continue to shop. You can add as many items to your order as you desire. At any stage you can view the contents of your order by clicking the “view basket” button.
5. When ready you can proceed to the checkout. At this point you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order. Payment is by credit card and all prices are in pounds sterling inclusive of VAT where applicable. We accept Visa and Mastercard and Switch. Credit card transactions are secure and are processed online
Payment
CREDIT or DEBIT CARD - The fastest way to pay for immediate despatch (stock dependant). We accept all major credit cards (excluding Diners Club Cards or Amex/American Express).
Cards are not debited until goods are despatched.
CHEQUE - Please allow 10 working days for you payment to clear. Cheques should be made payable to creaturecomfortsdevon.com.
GIFT VOUCHER - Vouchers can only be redeemed via post or in store. If via post send your order with your voucher.
Card Security
We accept online payments through a secure server by credit or debit card and transactions are shown in Pounds Sterling. Do not email your card details. No responsibility can be taken for security if you provide your details in this way. Card fraud is illegal and will always lead to prosecution. We do not accept any responsibility for any paperwork, payment or goods you send to us in the post.
Pricing
All products offered for sale by Total-equestrian.co.uk are priced in Pounds Sterling and include UK VAT at the prevailing rate where applicable. Any customs or import duties due when your package reaches its destination country will be your responsibility.
Every effort is made to maintain the prices quoted on the website, but this is not always possible. We reserve the right therefore, to discontinue any item, and change prices where necessary. If an item has a price increase after you have placed your order you will be contacted by e-mail or telephone to let you know. If the price is lower you will not be contacted but will be charged at the lower cost.

Availability
We try to hold stocks of all styles for active products, however occasionally an item will be out of stock, if this is the case we will inform you. You will be given the estimated delivery date of stock or given a suggested alternative. All delivery dates are estimates and are subject to availability.
Some items may be shipped direct to you from our supplier in order for you to receive your chosen items as quickly as possible. This means that you may receive your order in separate parts, but will not incur any additional carriage charges (unless otherwise stated or notified by email prior to despatch).
We cannot be held responsible for compensating you for any losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Special Order Items
All items ordered specially such as those sourced outside our usual stock, those with personalisation or custom made items are non-returnable. This includes items that you have been informed will be late, but you have confirmed you are happy to wait for. Cancellation must be made before the order is processed.
Offers and Promotions
Please note that when participating in our offers or promotions, they cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. If free postage is offered, it applies to a Standard Delivery only and excludes quoted and overseas deliveries. Minimum order value of £100 will be required to qualify for postage offers. Total-equestrian.co.uk reserve the right to amend or withdraw promotions at any time, should circumstances change.
Postage & Packing Charges
We reserve the right to amend postage & packing prices as appropriate. Should shipping costs be higher than that shown on your order when completed at checkout we will notify you by email prior to despatch.
Damaged or Undelivered Goods
Please check the condition of your parcel on delivery prior to signing for acceptance. In the event that goods are missing or damaged on arrival please specify against your signature and inform us immediately, within 3 working days, otherwise no claim can be considered.
Returns
For most items, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. However, this does not apply to certain items such as personalised products, perishable goods and audio or video recordings or computer software which has been opened. If you wish to cancel using this right, you need to inform us in writing within 7 working days starting the day after you received the goods. You must take reasonable care of the goods and immediately return them to us in the normal way. We will not consider that you have taken reasonable care of the goods if they have been used in a way, or to an extent, beyond what would be reasonable when examining the goods in a shop before purchase.
We are happy to refund the original price of any item returned in unused, unsoiled condition in its original packaging. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note the following cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty: Personalised and Special order items, CD's, Videos, Underwear and Computer software. Personalised and Special order items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.
You must make your own arrangements to return goods to us. An exchange for a faulty item or for the same item in a different size will be sent to the customer postage free.
If you wish to return an item please state your reason for return on 1 sheet of your Sales Invoice, include it in your parcel and post it to Alden Farm, Upton, Didcot OX11 9HS T:01189 714554
PLEASE NOTE: Sale Items are non-refundable: we will exchange to the value of the item.
A £2 handling fee will also apply to all returned items that are not faulty.
Fair Wear & Tear Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of receipt, providing they are used in accordance with the manufacturers recommendations. If we feel it is necessary goods will be returned to the manufacturer for their comments. Please allow 30 days for an exchange or refund in these instances.
This is in addition to your statutory rights.
Hygiene Regulations
Due to the Health and Safety regulations and the hygienic problems involved with the inspection of Footwear and Horse Clothing, we are unable to handle and inspect any item unless it is clean and dry (Health and Safety at Work Act 1974).
Customs
Goods ordered from Total-equestrian.co.uk for delivery outside the UK may be subject to import duties and taxes, these will be levied once the parcel reaches its destination country. Any charges for customs must be paid by you, we have no control over these and do not know what they may be as customs policies vary from country to country. Contact your local customs officer for full details and regulations.
Your Shopping Account
When using the website, you are responsible for ensuring that your account details and passwords remain confidential and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account and password. If you believe this information has become known to someone else or that your account is being misused contact us immediately.
When registering your details ensure that the information you provide us with is complete and correct, and that you advise us as soon as possible should this change, or you wish your details removed.
Total-equestrian.co.uk reserves the right to edit or remove content, refuse access to the website or cancel orders at our discretion. If we cancel an order, it will be without charge to you and you will be notified immediately.
Please Note: We are unable to add or amend orders after you press the Order Now button.
The contents of the website may not be copied, reproduced, duplicated, sold, downloaded or distributed by any means to third parties without our express written consent.
You may copy or print details for the sole purpose of using the website while connected to the Internet.
You must not use the website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause the website or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.
You must not use the website for fraudulent purposes, spamming or any unlawful activity.
Liability
The information contained in the website is for information purposes only and should not be taken as advice. Although we make every effort to ensure that photographs and descriptions of our products are accurate, some details, such as colour, may not be a true representation.
